I played this game when it came out, long before online cheat codes, I found all those cars just by exploring the map. The Chicago car I decided to simply approach the tickets stand for some reason, and press a button. It was one of the strongest things in my life, I simply had the urge to do that. The Las Vegas car, I crashed against the fence that had switch. That was just luck. The Mini I had the feeling that there was a secret entrance, all the area screams Secret Car. The truck in Brazil I simply search the entire map for a switch. I have to say, it was a disappointment for me. The other video game I played and found on my own, a bunch of secret cars, was Getaway 2.

remember my friend had WCW Mayhem, and I've asked for Xmas "the PS wrestling game". My parents turned up with this one, and at first was not so excited, since I wanted to use Hogan and Sting. But man, this game turned out to be one of my all time favs, and when speaking about PS1, prob top tier together with Speed Freaks (Speed Punks in US I think)
